Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we cant offer a viewing day on this auction.

Collection is strictly by appointment only from Monday 19th April to Thursday 22nd April between 9.00am & 16.00pm. 

 Most of the items are located on the 1st & 2nd floor, there is access via a service lift but this cant be used by all customers at once so please bare this in mind when bidding. 

There are no mechanical aids on site to assist with loading, ie; forklift/pallet trucks. Also there will be no assistance with manual loading so please make sure you are accompanied if needed and bring appropriate lifting aids and tools if you need to dismantle. 

You will be required to wear a face mask when collecting and must adhere to government   social distancing guidelines.

 There is A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% for each lot.

A sales order will be issued on Wednesday 14th April showing the total amount due. VAT is charged on all bids and lot charges.

All goods need to be paid for by 4pm Monday 19th April and collected no later than 4.00pm on the Thursday 22nd, any items remaining after this date will be cancelled.
