Ramco is delighted to work alongside The University of Northampton with regards to the sale of assets from their site.
The auction goes live on the 13th October with bidding closing from 10am on 25th October. Please note that if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes, then the lot end time will increase by a further 5 minutes to allow for competitive bidding.
Once the auction has completed a sales order will be provided by email. Once you receive this email, please open the sales order and in the bottom right-hand corner click the PAY NOW button and this will link you to Sagepay. This will allow you to make automatic payment.
There is a BUYER’S PREMIUM of 15% for each lot. VAT is chargeable on the hammer total and the buyer’s premium.
The FINAL date for payment is 28th October by 3pm. Any orders remaining unpaid will be cancelled and a block placed on your bidding account.
Please note that this auction is COLLECTION ONLY with removal by 5th November at the latest. Collection is strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please note that there will be NO ASSISTANCE on site with manual handling or any mechanical aids, so please ensure you have the relevant manpower or mechanical aids. The reception desk does split down into 3 sections for transport.
