The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly FRIDAY 20TH MAY 2022.

There is A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% for each lot.

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.

A sales order will be issued on TUESDAY 17TH MAY 2022 showing the total amount due. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK).  VAT will not be charged for Export - but proof of Export will be required.

Collection address:  Little Plumstead Hospital, Hospital Road, Little Plumstead, Norwich, Norfolk, NR13 5EW.

IMPORTANT - The generator will be disconnected and removed from the building ready to lift via hiab lorry.  RAMS will be required to be agreed prior to collection.  The collection period will be MONDAY 23RD MAY TO FRIDAY 27TH MAY.  It is strictly by appointment only.

Any lots not collected in this time period will be subject to storage fees of £150+VAT per day.

The equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.

Non collections may result in blocking from any future sales.
