If you are successful with an auction purchase, a sales order will be issued on TUESDAY 12TH JULY showing the total amount due. There is a BUYERS PREMIUM charge of 15% for each lot. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK).  VAT will not be charged for Export but proof of Export will need to be provided.  Please note that all Export applications will be subject to a £150 charge.

When you receive your sales order please pay for it.  Once paid it will be passed to the warehouse to pack and then you will receive a separate sales order with the delivery charge (your order will not be packed without payment of the sales order first).  Once the delivery charge is paid your order will be booked out for delivery.  We offer a parcel delivery service with Parcelforce for items up to 30kg and maximum dimensions of 90cm L x 55cm W x 55cm H. The cost of the first box is £16 inc VAT with each extra box costing £8 inc VAT.  For parcel shipments to Northern Ireland we use UPS or DPD and the charges start at £30 inc VAT.  For larger items we offer a pallet delivery service with the Pallet Network.  We can provide a cost per pallet based on the delivery postcode.

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly FRIDAY 15TH JULY.  Any payments not received in time will result in a cancellation of your order.  This will also result in a block on your Bidspotter account.  A block on your Bidspotter account will result in other auctioneers declining your registration to their auctions so please beware.  

Any orders that are outstanding postage payment / agreed collection times after the final payment date will be subject to a charge of £25+VAT per pallet space per day.

YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR BIDS AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITONS THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETRACTED. 

All equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.

£50 - £200 - Increment £5

£200 - £500 - Increment £10

£500 - £2,000 - Increment £20

£2,000 - £5,000 - Increment £50

£5,000 - £10,000 - Increment - £100
