Important information:

Ramco is a market leading sales specialist based in Lincolnshire managing the disposal of surplus assets for a range of different businesses and Government organisations.  We are pleased to offer for sale a large selection of equipment which is surplus to requirements by a retained client.

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly 5TH JUNE 2023.

There is A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 20% for each lot.

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.

A sales order will be issued on  31ST MAY 2023 showing the total amount due. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK).  VAT will not be charged for Export - but proof of Export will be required.  We cannot assist with Export, all buyers will need to satisfy themselves that they meet the relevant criteria.  It may be that certification does not exist for some equipment.

IMPORTANT:

The equipment is located at Kammac Manchester, 21 Commerce Way, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester, M17 1HW.  It will need to be collected by articulated lorries.  The storage site can load a curtain side articulated lorry.  The collection period is strictly 6TH to 16TH excluding weekends.  NO CONTAINER LOADING IS AVAILABLE NOR CAN CUSTOMERS LOAD THEIR OWN CONTAINER ON SITE.

Title for goods passes to the buyer upon completion of payment.  Storage charges for outstanding lots will be passed to the buyer.

Any lots not collected in this time period will be subject to storage fees of £250+VAT per day.

The equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.

Non collections may result in blocking from any future sales.
