All LOTS are to be collected strictly by appointment only to be agreed with SITE. Due to the sensitive nature of site 48 hours notice is required for collections to allow booking on of artic trailers. Site can load suitable transport at no additional cost to the buyer. Please note organising transport for collection of either lot is the responsibility of the buyer and will be at the buyer’s cost. The collection location is Nottingham, NG11 0EE. SITE MUST BE CLEARED BY 9TH APRIL. LOADING WILL ONLY BE DURING THE HOURS OF 8AM AND 2PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY (ANY ARRIVAL AFTER 1PM WILL BE TURNED AWAY NO EXCEPTIONS) AND ON FRIDAY 8AM TO 12PM (ANY ARRIVAL AFTER 11AM WILL BE TURNED AWAY NO EXCEPTIONS) IN THE EVENT ANY LOTS REMAIN ON SITE AFTER THIS DATE THEN THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £250+VAT PER DAY PER LOT WHICH WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO COLLECTION.
