If you are successful with an auction purchase, a sales order will be issued on TUESDAY 18TH MARCH showing the total amount due. There is a BUYERS PREMIUM charge of 15% for each lot. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK). VAT will not be charged for Export but proof of Export will need to be provided.

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly THURSDAY 20TH MARCH. Any payments not received in time will result in a cancellation of your order. This will also result in a block on your Bidspotter account. A block on your Bidspotter account will result in other auctioneers declining your registration to their auctions so please beware.

YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR BIDS AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITONS THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETRACTED.

All collections are strictly by appointment only. Dates of collection are 24TH, 25TH, 27TH AND 28TH OF MARCH (26TH OF MARCH IS NOT A COLLECTION DAY) slots will be available to book between the hours of 9AM and 4PM. Please ensure that you have suitable manpower or lifting aids to load prior to bidding.

The collection location is 21CC Group Ltd, 6 Old Deans Road, Bathgate, EH48 1JU.

SITE MUST BE CLEARED BY 28TH MARCH. Any lots that remain on site after this will be subject to disposal or storage charges at a rate of £25+VAT per day per lot.

All equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed. The client has put details of working condition and service / PAT test information so please see the respective lots for further information.

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.
