If you are successful with an auction purchase, a sales order will be issued on 24TH JULY showing the total amount due. There is a BUYERS PREMIUM charge of 20% for each lot. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK). VAT will not be charged for Export but proof of Export will need to be provided. 

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly 30TH JULY. Any payments not received in time will result in a cancellation of your order. This will also result in a block on your Bidspotter account. A block on your Bidspotter account will result in other auctioneers declining your registration to their auctions so please beware.

YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR BIDS AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITONS THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETRACTED.

The production line is located off-site in Chesterfield.

IMPORTANT – THERE IS NO LOADING ASSISTANCE ON SITE NOR MANPOWER TO ASSIST.  THE BUYER WOULD NEED TO PROVIDE SUITABLE LIFTING EQUIPMENT IN WHICH TO REMOVE THE MACHINERY SAFELY FROM SITE.  COMMENCEMENT OF WORK IS SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT OF RISK ASSESSMENTS AND METHOD STATEMENTS TO BE AGREED PRIOR.

THE MACHINERY MUST BE REMOVED FROM SITE BY APPOINTMENT FROM 1ST AUGUST WITH SITE TO BE COMPLETELY CLEAR BY 18TH SEPTEMBER 2025.  ANY ITEMS REMAINING ON SITE AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE DISPOSED OF WITH NO FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE BUYER AS WE NEED TO ADHERE TO STRICT COLLECTION TIMELINE.

All equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.
