Pre-auction

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes, then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding. 

All equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd unless specifically stated in the lot itself and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.  No electrical items have been switched on or tested.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to have all items tested or serviced prior to use and this may include the requirement for repairs.

YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR BIDS AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITONS THEY CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETRACTED.  YOUR HIGHEST BID WILL BE TREATED AS A VALID BID EVENT IT AS TIME OF PLACING IT THE RESERVE IS NOT MET.  VENDORS REGULARLY AS US TO REDUCE THE RESERVES IN THE CLOSING HOURS AND PUT ITEMS ON SALE.

Post auction 

If you are successful with an auction purchase, a sales order will be issued on TUESDAY 18TH NOVEMBER showing the total amount due. There is a BUYER’S PREMIUM charge of 20% for each lot. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyer’s premiums and lot charges (within the UK). VAT will not be charged for Export, but proof of Export will need to be provided.

When you receive your sales order please pay for it. Once paid it will be passed to the warehouse to pack and then you will receive a separate sales order with the delivery charge (your order will not be packed without payment of the sales order first). Once the delivery charge is paid your order will be booked out for delivery. Please note that you will be charged for tri-wall boxes at a cost of £27.00 plus VAT each.  See shipping and removals for further detailed information. 

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly THURSDAY 20TH NOVEMBER. Any payments not received in time will result in a cancellation of your order. This will also result in a block on your Bidspotter account. A block on your Bidspotter account will result in other auctioneers declining your registration to their auctions so please beware. 

Any orders that are outstanding postage payment / agreed collection times after the final payment date will be subject to a charge of £25+VAT per pallet space per day.

Export

Please note that we cannot provide some documents for exports from the UK mainland, this is inclusive of:

• We cannot provide a CE certificates
• We cannot provide technical documentation
• We cannot provide Export licensing

In the event of a license being required, or any other legal risk for export, these items are listed as NOT FOR EXPORT FROM MAINLAND UK in each lot. If you still wish to export these items then it will be the buyer’s responsibility to clear these items, as we will not be able to provide assistance in these instances.
