Inspection will be 15th JANUARY 2026 at Milner Road Industrial Estate, Yeadon, LS19 7JE strictly by appointment only. 

If you are successful with an auction purchase, a sales order will be issued on 19TH JANUARY 2026 showing the total amount due. There is a BUYERS PREMIUM charge of 7.5% for each lot. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK). VAT will not be charged for Export but proof of Export will need to be provided. 

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly 21ST JANUARY 2026. Any payments not received in time will result in a cancellation of your order. This will also result in a block on your Bidspotter account. A block on your Bidspotter account will result in other auctioneers declining your registration to their auctions so please beware.

All collections are strictly by appointment only.  Dates of collection are WEDNESDAY 28TH and THURSDAY 29TH JANUARY 2026.   Any large plant requires low loader transport and to be loaded by the transport company.

The collection location is Milner Road Industrial Estate, Yeadon, LS19 7JE.

SITE MUST BE CLEARED BY 29TH JANUARY 2026.
