Important information:

Ramco is a market leading sales specialist based in Lincolnshire managing the disposal of surplus assets for a range of different businesses and Government organisations.  We are pleased to offer for sale a large selection of equipment which is surplus to requirements by the lorry load.

The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly 27TH MARCH 2023.

There is A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% for each lot.

Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.

A sales order will be issued on WEDNESDAY 22ND MARCH 2023 showing the total amount due. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK).  VAT will not be charged for Export - but proof of Export will be required.  We cannot assist with Export, all buyers will need to satisy themselves that they meet the relevant criteria.  It may be that certification does not exist for some equipment.

IMPORTANT:

All lots are located in Castleford, WF10 5QH.  All equipment will need to be collected by articulated lorry as each lot is in quantities of 24 pallet spaces or more.  The storage site can load a curtain side articulated lorry.  The collection period is strictly 28TH MARCH to 6TH APRIL excluding weekends for all lots apart from lots 9-13 inclusive which are allowed until 21st APRIL due to the volume of equipment.  NO CONTAINER LOADING IS AVAILABLE NOR CAN CUSTOMERS LOAD THEIR OWN CONTAINER ON SITE.

Any lots not collected in this time period will be subject to storage fees of £250+VAT per day.

All beds not collected by 23rd APRIL will be subject to storage charges.

The equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.

Non collections may result in blocking from any future sales.
