The last date for payment of items won at the auction is strictly 1ST JUNE 2023.
There is A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% for each lot.
Please note if a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes then the lot end time will increase by 5 minutes to allow for further bidding.
A sales order will be issued on 26TH MAY 2023 showing the total amount due. VAT is charged on all hammer prices, buyers premiums and lot charges (within the UK). VAT will not be charged for Export - but proof of Export will be required. We cannot assist with Export, all buyers will need to satisfy themselves that they meet the relevant criteria. It may be that certification does not exist for some equipment.
IMPORTANT:
Location: Woodcote, RG8 0QX and requires a hiab for the lift (weight circa 6 tonnes). Once payment is received, site will need to be cleared by 9TH JUNE 2023.
Any late collection will be subject to storage fees of £50+VAT per day.
The equipment is untested by Ramco UK Ltd and on that basis is sold as seen with no warranty implied or expressed.
Non collections may result in blocking from any future sales.
